Hard Deck ("the app") is made by Jayant Games ("we"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. In short: we do not collect your personal information, and your progress stays on your device.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. Hard Deck has no accounts and no sign-in. Your game progress (coins, ranks, stars, jets, your callsign and settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The store tells the app which items you own so it can unlock them.
Advertising
Players who have not made a purchase can choose to watch rewarded ads, for a free relaunch, double flight pay or bonus coins. Ads are shown only when you tap to watch one. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising or vendor identifier, IP address, device type, operating system and how you interact with the ad, to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Google explains its use of this information at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Update check
When it opens, the app looks up its own public store listing on Google Play or the App Store to see whether a newer version is available. This request contains the app's identifier and your country; it contains nothing about you.
Children
Hard Deck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Because your progress is stored only on your device, deleting the app deletes it. We hold no copy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
