Every arrow on the board slides one way: straight ahead and out. Tap one and it zips away, but only if nothing is in its path. Work out the right order, clear the board, and watch the next one appear. One finger to play, and a real puzzle to think through.

What's inside

Puzzles that never run out. Every board is made fresh and always has a solution. Hearts, stars, circles, diamonds and rings appear as you climb, with a boss board every ten levels.
The Master tier. Past level 100 the arrows grow longer and the boards get packed. Climb through Master I, II, III and beyond.
A daily puzzle. The same board for every player each day. Keep your streak and share your stars and time.
Hearts and perfect clears. A blocked arrow costs a heart, and hearts carry from level to level. Clear a level with no slips to win one back.
Seven themes. Candy, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Neon, Galaxy and Ink.

I bought the Zip Pass or Starter Pack. How do I get it on a new phone?

Open the Shop (tap your coins on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Google account or Apple ID you bought it with.

Does my progress move to a new phone?

Zip Out keeps your progress on your device and has no account, so levels, stars and coins stay on the phone where you earned them. The Zip Pass and Starter Pack come back with Restore purchases.

I paid for coins but didn't receive them.

Close Zip Out completely and open it again while connected to the internet. The store delivers unfinished purchases on the next launch. If the coins still don't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store. On Android, open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

I ran out of hearts. What now?

Your hearts refill after 10 minutes. You can also watch a short ad to play straight away, or continue a level with coins. A perfect clear (three stars) wins a heart back, and the Zip Pass removes the wait completely.

Do I need the internet to play?

No. You only need a connection to buy, restore, or watch an optional ad.

Are there ads?

Only if you choose to watch one. Buying the Zip Pass removes them for good.

The sound stopped.

Check that sound is on in Settings (the gear on the home screen). On iPhone, Zip Out follows the ring/silent switch, so switch it to ring to hear the game.

How do I reset my progress?

Delete the app and install it again. This erases all progress on that device. Purchases come back with Restore purchases.
